Acceptance of these terms
This website and its contents are the property of Kredit Canada, which carries on business in Montréal, Québec, Canada.
Your use of this website, and any transaction or request for information made through it, is subject to these terms of use and to our privacy policy. By accessing, using or consulting the site, or by requesting information or a loan through an online form, you acknowledge that these terms apply and you agree to comply with them.
You agree not to use this site in any way that does not comply with applicable law, or that could harm Kredit Canada in any manner.
Eligibility and loan applications
Submitting an application does not create a loan agreement and does not guarantee approval. Every application is reviewed, and the final terms and the cost of borrowing are disclosed to you in the loan agreement before you sign it.
To apply for a loan through this site, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be a resident of Canada
- Have a steady source of income and an active Canadian bank account
- Provide information that is accurate, complete and current
Accuracy of the information you provide
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Providing false or misleading information may result in your application being refused, your loan agreement being terminated, and, where applicable, legal action.
You confirm that you have the authorization of any person you name as a reference before providing their contact details.
Borrow responsibly
Our loans are designed to provide temporary help during a difficult moment. Interest on short-term loans is higher than at a traditional bank, so you should borrow only what you need, and only when other options are not available.
Taking out several short-term loans at the same time can lead to significant debt and serious financial difficulty. Used knowingly and responsibly, a short-term loan can be an appropriate solution for your situation.
